Guests or staff simply input a room number or destination; the robot loads items, calls elevators independently, navigates complex indoor spaces, and notifies recipients upon arrival while protecting privacy and reducing staff workload. Both UP and RUN integrate deeply with Yunji Technology’s HDOS platform, which uses AI to recognize over 1,000 intent types across five major hotel service categories. This system automatically routes room service, maintenance, and cleaning requests to the appropriate robot or staff member, detects guest dissatisfaction in real time, generates operational reports, and optimizes manpower allocation.
