Profile
Dyco Inc. is a Pennsylvania-based manufacturer specializing in innovative plastic container handling systems and end-of-line automation for the packaging industry. Founded in 1973 and headquartered in Bloomsburg, the company has grown into a trusted designer, fabricator, and installer of custom machinery used across blow molding, beverage, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, and household cleaning sectors. With more than 50 years of experience, Dyco Inc. delivers complete turnkey solutions that combine mechanical engineering, robotics, and material handling expertise.
The company’s robot-based products focus on improving efficiency in palletizing, depalletizing, tray loading, box loading, and material transport. Dyco Inc. offers fully automatic robotic palletizing systems, including single-lane and multi-lane configurations equipped with advanced vacuum or compression heads that handle a wide range of bottle shapes and sizes. These systems feature patented mechanisms for gentle handling and quick changeovers. They also provide robotic solutions for bagged bottle palletizing, Gaylord and tote palletizing, and case or box palletizing using precise end-of-arm tooling.
In addition to traditional industrial robots, Dyco Inc. has expanded into collaborative robotics (cobots) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). Their cobot solutions enable safe human-robot collaboration for lighter-duty palletizing and loading tasks, while their patent-pending AMRs automate internal material movement with flexible navigation and a space-saving design. As a FANUC Authorized System Integrator and KUKA Official System Partner, Dyco Inc. integrates high-performance robots with custom head tooling, vision-guided systems, and controls, all manufactured in-house at their 80,000-square-foot facility. The company also supplies supporting equipment such as stainless steel conveyors, accumulation tables, unscramblers, and bagging/debagging machines that integrate seamlessly with their robotic lines.
