Profile
AIDIN ROBOTICS (에이딘로보틱스) is a South Korean robotics company specializing in advanced force/torque and tactile sensors that equip robots with the ability to perceive physical forces and touch. Founded to enable safer and more intelligent human-robot interaction, the company develops “Force-Aware Robotics” technology that allows robots to sense how strongly they are gripping objects, the direction of applied forces, and detailed contact information in real time.
The company’s core products include 3-axis and 6-axis force/torque sensors, high-resolution tactile sensors, and integrated modules. Its flagship offering is the AIDIN Hand Gen2, a next-generation 16-degree-of-freedom humanoid robotic hand with a 20 kg payload capacity. This hand features full-hand tactile sensor coverage, enabling precise detection of contact location and force intensity, displayed in real time on control interfaces. Additional solutions include the AIRO-One logistics picking system and modular automation platforms that combine sensors with robotic hands for industrial applications.
AIDIN ROBOTICS has expanded from sensor hardware into full automation solutions, quadruped robots, and humanoid components. It recently became the first distributor for Rainbow Robotics’ RB-Y1 humanoid and showcased upgraded tactile-based robotic hands at Automation World 2026. The company aims to significantly reduce humanoid robot costs through in-house sensor production and has set an ambitious sales target of 8 billion KRW for the current year
