Profile
EasyMile is a European leader in industrial autonomy, specializing in autonomous driving software for heavy-duty vehicles used at airports, factories, and logistics sites. Founded in 2014 in Singapore and Toulouse, France, the company shifted its focus from early passenger shuttle deployments to industrial applications, leveraging experience from hundreds of global operations to deliver certified, scalable solutions. Its technology is built around an in-house, platform-agnostic autonomy stack that provides centimeter-level localization, 360° perception using LiDAR, cameras, and radar, intelligent path planning, and a certified safety chain compliant with multiple ISO standards including 26262, 12100, and 3691-4.
The company’s robot-based products center on transforming existing heavy-duty vehicles into driverless systems. The flagship EZTow is a heavy-duty autonomous tow tractor designed for towing operations in mixed traffic at airports and industrial sites. It handles complex towing tasks safely and efficiently while integrating seamlessly into existing workflows, with distribution handled through the joint venture TractEasy. The newer EZDolly is an autonomous cargo dolly that moves baggage and freight across airport aprons. Optimized for repetitive ground-handling tasks, it navigates indoor and outdoor environments, reduces manual labor, and improves operational flow.
EasyMile’s software also powers other modular industrial platforms for material handling. All solutions emphasize robustness in harsh weather, minimal infrastructure changes, and high reliability, with more than 1.5 million autonomous kilometers driven across 300+ deployments worldwide and a 95% mission success rate. The company holds CE marking and has achieved Level 4 authorizations in Europe.
